Well, the voting is pretty much wrapped up & it appears that Ben's blog page will be titled "Ben on 'd go". So, now I just have to get him all set up for it.
Today was relatively nice here. I'm working on a new quilt - kinda. I want to do a blue jean quilt, but am putting some other colors in there too. Jeff had an old shirt he was tossing that is a deep maroon - almost purple - so I cut it up too. But, I don't have many old blue jeans around... so, if anyone out there is getting rid of some... hint, hint!
I finished my apron yesterday. If I get around to it, I'll take a pic so you all can see! It has horses on it (of course) but ... and hold your hats here... it's NOT purple!! Not even a little bit! See? I can mix it up once in awhile!
Not much else happening here today. Jeff finished up another project, putting a shed around the compressors for the refer & freezer. Other than that we're waiting - waiting on the plane, waiting on the go ahead for the remodel, waiting on staff, waiting on nice weather... waiting.
Btw - Ben wants you all to know that his blog won't be this fluffy stuff! It'll be a "meat & potatoes" blog - whatever that means.
Oh.. I do have an update on the bed! It seems to be better than the other one - still not great, but definitely less painful. So, that is an improvement!!
